Ask which collection work, equipment, checks and visits are included. Confirm payment terms, possible changes and who can authorize additional work before it starts.

Ask about the next decision.

After collection, ask about moisture readings and remaining damp materials. Keep the agreed scope and any records, and understand the basis for proposed follow-up equipment or visits.
